Pivot & Ace
Spring 2025

We are excited to announce that Pivot and Ace have had a successful pairing, and we are now just waiting to confirm pregnancy in a few weeks. Puppies would likely be due around March 2025. This litter will combine Pivot's strong herding lines with Ace’s versatile abilities, and we are looking forward to seeing what this pairing will produce.

Pivot comes from strong herding lines and has started titling in dock diving, with plans to pursue more titles in stock work and other sports. Both Pivot and Ace are eager to please and have sweet, gentle temperaments, making them excellent companions in addition to their sporting abilities. To learn more about Pivot, click here.

Ace, from Ashwood Border Collies in Ontario, has a beautiful even temperament, combining a medium to high drive with a calm demeanor when at home. He excels in both sport and working environments and has produced offspring actively competing in agility, dock diving, disc, and more. Ace’s sweet disposition and drive make him ideal for working and sporting homes. To learn more about Ace, click here.

In this litter, we expect medium to high-drive puppies with a good off switch, ideal for working families or those pursuing competitive sports. These puppies will thrive in environments where they are given the opportunity to work or compete, and they will likely have sweet dispositions, making them gentle with children, other dogs, and puppies. We anticipate colors to include black and white, black and white tri, chocolate, and chocolate tri, with the possibility of a few sweet freckles to add some charm!

All puppies will be registered with the CBCA, and for those interested in competition or showing, a CKC registration/competition number can also be provided.

​

Additionally, we will be looking for some suitable guardian homes in Southern Ontario for specific puppies. 

​

At this time, all puppies are reserved, but you’re welcome to fill out a Puppy Application to join the waitlist in case one becomes available or to be considered for a future litter.
